Paying For It

Roof Financing

We finance repairs, treatment and full replacements across Dallas–Fort Worth. You will see a payment range before you apply, several terms to choose from, and an approval that stays good for five months — which matters when every crew in the Metroplex is booked after a storm.

First Things First

Find Out What It Needs Before You Finance It

The worst reason to finance a roof is that somebody told you it was finished without showing you why. A drone assessment costs nothing, scores the roof against consistent criteria, and frequently comes back saying it needs less than expected — or nothing at all.

That order matters financially. Financing a repair on a sound roof is a very different commitment from financing a replacement it did not need, and the gap between them is tens of thousands of dollars.

What It Looks Like

Monthly Payments, Roughly

JobAmountPer month
A small repairflashing, a boot, a few shingles $1,500 $17–$38
A multi-element repairlike the invoiced jobs we publish $5,500 $64–$140
Roof treatment, average homearound 2,600 sq ft $6,000 $70–$152
Roof treatment, larger homearound 4,500 sq ft $9,500 $110–$241
A full replacementtear-off and new shingles $30,000 $348–$762

Ranges, not quotes. The low end is the longest term available, the high end the shortest — where you land depends on the term you choose and what you are approved for. Estimates only, subject to credit approval, and the lender sets the final terms.

Want the figure for your actual roof? The roof cost calculator gives you a payment range from your own roof size and age.

How It Works

Four Steps, In This Order

1

Get the number first

We fly the roof and tell you what it actually needs before anyone talks about paying for it. No figure, nothing to finance — and plenty of roofs need less than people expect.

2

Apply when you are ready

A short application, usually answered quickly. You are not committing to the work by finding out what you qualify for.

3

Approval holds for five months

From the day it is given. That matters after a storm, when crews are booked out and you may not get scheduled immediately — your approval does not expire while you wait.

4

Choose the term that fits

Several terms are available. A longer one lowers the monthly payment and costs more overall; a shorter one does the opposite. We will show you both rather than steer you.

Why We Do Not Publish a Rate

Because We Would Be Guessing

Any roofer advertising a single interest rate is quoting the best case and hoping you do not notice when yours is different.

We do not know what a given application will be approved for — the lender decides that, not us. So what you get here is the range of payments across the terms available, which is the honest version of the same information. Your quote carries the same range, and the lender's own paperwork carries the actual rate before you sign anything.

It is the same reason we publish repair costs as real invoices rather than an average, and the same reason the assessment comes before the quote.

The Deductible Question

When Financing Beats a Claim

A Texas wind and hail deductible is usually a percentage of your dwelling coverage rather than a flat figure — commonly 1% or 2%, sometimes 5%. On a $500,000 dwelling limit, 2% is $10,000 you pay before the policy contributes anything.

Plenty of legitimate repairs fall entirely inside that. The claim pays nothing, you have a claim on your record, and the work still needs doing. That is precisely the situation financing is for — and it is why we ask about your deductible in the calculator before suggesting anything.

Questions

Roof Financing FAQ

Do you offer roof financing?

Yes, through several lender programmes with a range of terms. You can finance a small repair or a full replacement — the account limit covers any residential roofing job we would take on. Applying does not commit you to the work.

What will my monthly payment be?

It depends on the amount and the term you are approved for. As a guide, a $6,000 job runs roughly $70–$152 a month depending on term, and a $1,500 repair roughly $17–$38. We will show you a payment range on your quote rather than a single figure, because the lender sets the final terms and we are not going to guess them for you.

What interest rate will I pay?

We genuinely do not know until the lender assesses your application, and we are not going to publish a rate we cannot honour. Different programmes carry different terms, and where you land depends on your credit. What we will give you is the payment range across the terms available, so you can see the span before you apply.

How long does approval last?

Five months from the date it is given. That is deliberately useful after a storm — when every crew in the Metroplex is booked out, your approval is still good when your turn comes.

Can I finance a repair, or only a replacement?

Either. Repairs are frequently the better financial decision anyway: we publish two of our own invoiced repairs at $4,353.22 and $5,628, against $22,000 to $45,000 for a replacement. Financing a repair on a sound roof beats financing a replacement it did not need.

Does applying affect my credit?

The lender will explain exactly what their application involves before you submit it — that is their disclosure to make, not ours, and you will see it before anything is run.

Is financing worth it if insurance might pay?

Worth checking the claim first, and worth knowing a Texas wind and hail deductible is usually 1–2% of your dwelling coverage — on a $500,000 limit that is $10,000 before the policy pays anything. Many repairs fall entirely inside the deductible, which is exactly where financing is useful and a claim is not.
