Asphalt shingles fail from the inside out. Years of Texas UV and heat cook the oils out of the asphalt, and once those oils are gone the shingle turns brittle, sheds its protective granules, and starts letting water in. Most roofs are replaced at exactly this stage — years before the structure actually gives out.
Roof rejuvenation reverses that aging. A penetrating nano-treatment soaks into the shingle matrix and re-bonds with the asphalt, restoring flexibility and water repellency and locking granules back in place. Does roof rejuvenation actually work?
Yes, on roofs that are structurally sound. Independent testing shows GoNano restores flexibility, stops granule loss, and raises impact resistance to UL 2218 Class 3 after one application and Class 4 after two. It will not fix a roof with widespread missing shingles, rot, or active leaks — that is what an assessment determines.
